4 Stagioni Pizzeria is owned and operated by Ciro "Gino" and Melinda Borrelli. Gino is from Naples, the home of pizza, bringing to 4 Stagioni Pizzeria the traditions and culinary expertise for Italian food that only an Italian can truly master. Gino has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, starting in Italy training in the country’s leading hospitality school.

4Stagioni Pizzeria is the next installment following 10 years of mobile woodfire pizza catering.  Gino and Melinda are excited to be able to provide the same excellent food in a family friendly comfortable setting.

Once in Australia he has continued to be involved in the hospitality industry, owning and running a family pizza restaurant for a number of years. Now, with 4 Stagioni Pizzeria he continues to please patrons with his authentic wood fired pizza. 

We use only quality fresh ingredients, and everything is prepared by hand.  There is an option to suit all palates.  If you have special dietary requirements, let us know we can also accommodate special requests.
